DELIVERY RATES

Monsieur Cocktail offers delivery anywhere in Canada thanks to Purolator and Canada Post. Our shipping rate is $9.95 for orders under $70 in most Canadian provinces (Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan).

REMOTE AREAS

For all orders from remote areas (Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador and Northwest Territories), free shipping will not apply and a flat fee of $24.95 delivery to remote areas will be added to your order.

HOW TO BENEFIT FROM FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping is offered for all orders of $ 70 to $750 (before taxes), except in remote areas.

For any order over $750, a member of our team will contact you to confirm with you the desired delivery method. Please note that the delivery will be charged to you according to the weight and volume of the package.

WHAT ARE THE STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES?

It therefore takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery anywhere in Quebec and Ontario.

For other sectors, the deadlines may vary. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your package in its roadtrip.

For all corporate orders, please note that a minimum delay of 10 working days is to be expected for the delivery of your packages.

DELIVERY TO THE POST OFFICE OR TO MY HOME?

Unless otherwise specified, we deliver directly to your home.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR OFFICES?

Yes it's possible! When making your purchase, simply choose "Collect" as the delivery method.

It takes 2 to 4 days to prepare the order. As soon as it is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email notification.

I CHECKED MY TRACKING NUMBER AND MY PACKAGE SEEMS LOST. BEYOND A COCKTAIL, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you are unable to track your package, you can contact the Purolator (1-888-744-7123) or Canada Post (1-866-607-6301) team directly. In the rare event that your package is lost (really go make yourself a cocktail) write to us at info@monsieur-cocktail.com and we will make you smile again.
