1 oz (30 ml) alcoholic cream
½ oz (15 ml) salted caramel syrup
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
1 double espresso (45ml)
Whipped cream and caramel coulis (for garnish)
In a coffee glass, add the alcoholic cream and the ice cream.
Pour the espresso.
Garnish with whipped cream and caramel coulis.
