Ingredients :

½ oz (15 ml) Choco mint syrup

1 espresso coffee (or 4 oz (120 ml) freshly brewed filter coffee)

1 scoop of cherry ice cream

Cherries or mint chocolate squares (for garnish)

Preparation :

Put a scoop of ice cream in a glass cup.

Pour the hot coffee and syrup over the ice cream.

Garnish with cherries or a square of mint chocolate.
