Pumpkin Sour Amaretto
½ oz (15ml) amaretto sans alcool NOA
¼ oz (8 ml) cognac or brandy
½ oz (15 ml) sirop de citrouille épicée
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
4 coffee beans
1 egg white
In a shaker, add the ingredients and mix without ice for at least 10 seconds.
Open the shaker
fill with ice and mix again until your fingers become very cold.
Filter through a strainer into a previously cooled cup.
Garnish with ground nutmeg and coffee beans.
