Vegan Pumpkin Sour Amaretto
½ oz (15ml) amaretto
¼ oz (8 ml) cognac or brandy
½ oz (15 ml) pumpkin spice syrup
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
4 coffee beans
1 cm vegan emulsifier
Ground nutmeg and coffee beans (to garnish)
In a shaker, add the ingredients (except the coffee) and mix without ice for at least 10 seconds.
Open the shaker, add the coffee and ice and mix again until your fingers become very cold.
Filter through a sieve into a previously cooled cup.
Decorate with ground nutmeg and coffee beans.
