Classic Amaretto Sour

Ingredients :

1 ½ oz (45ml) amaretto

½ oz (15ml) bourbon

¼ oz (8 ml) simple syrup or cane syrup

1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice

1 egg white or vegan emulsifier

A few drops of Angostura bitters

Preparation :

Put all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Strain into the shaker and mix again without ice.

Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.

Decorate with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
