Non Alcoholic Amaretto Sour with NOA Amaretto
Ingredients :
2 oz (60 ml) non-alcoholic amaretto
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
A few drops of Angostura bitters
Preparation :
Vigorously mix all the ingredients in a shaker.
Open the shaker
add ice and mix again until your fingers become very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Decorate with a few drops of Angostura bitters.
