1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic amaretto
¾ oz (22 ml) crème de menthe (white or green)
In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients and fill with ice.
Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Strain through a colander into a glass fitted with a large cube of ice.
