Amaro & Coffee with NOA Italian Amaro
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) double espresso
1/2 oz (15 ml) non-alcoholic Italian Amaro
3 oz (90 ml) tonic
Orange zest (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the tonic).
Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top with tonic.
Garnish with an orange zest.

We love amaro in our Espresso & Tonic, but had a bit of a problem with alcohol before lunch. After peanut butter toast, here's a wonderful way to start an adventure off right.
