Bitter & Soda
Ingredients :
2 oz (60 ml) non-alcoholic Italian bitters
4 oz (120 ml) sparkling water
Orange wheel
Preparation :
Pour the bitters into a tall glass.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with an orange slice.
