Apple Collins with Grenadine Syrup

Ingredients :

1 ¼ oz (38 ml) apple brandy

½ oz (15 ml) grenadine syrup

½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

3 oz (90 ml) sparkling water

Apple slices (for garnish)

Preparation :

Add the ingredients to a tall glass

except sparkling water

and fill with ice.

Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers are cool.

Top with sparkling water.

Garnish with apple slices.
