Classic Bee's Knees with Orange Syrup
Ingredients :
2 oz (60 ml) gin (forest or boreal)
¼ oz (8 ml) orange syrup
¾ oz (23 ml) honey syrup (1 part honey and 1 part water)
¾ oz (23 ml) fresh lemon juice
Lemon zest (to garnish)
Preparation :
Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Garnish with a lemon zest
