Curaçao Kir Royal with Lychee Syrup

Ingredients :

½ oz (15 ml) blue curaçao

¾ oz (22 ml) lychee syrup

½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice

4 oz (120 ml) Non-alcoholic dry sparkling wine

Lemon zest (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a champagne flute, add the cold ingredients, ending with the sparkling wine.

Garnish with a lemon zest.
