2 oz (60 ml) alcohol-free boreal gin
½ oz (15 ml) bloody mix
½ oz (15 ml) dill pickle juice
¼ oz (8ml) honey
4 oz (120 ml) clamato
Dill and cherry tomatoes (for garnish)
Swipe a lime wedge around the outer rim of a tall glass.
Dip the edges wet with lime juice in the house spice mix (rim).
Add all the ingredients and mix well to incorporate the honey.
Fill the glass with ice.
Stir with a spoon, chopstick or straw until your fingers get cold.
Garnish with a bunch of dill and small cherry tomatoes.
