Bloody Gin & Cucumber

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante -  Bloody gin & concombre
Ingredients :

1 oz (30 ml) gin (herbal or vegetal)

½ oz (15 ml) bloody mix

3 oz (90 ml) clamato

2 cucumber slices, crushed

½ tsp. (2.5 ml) old-fashioned mustard

1 c. à thé (5 ml) de sauce aigre-douce (style chili thai)

1 tsp (5 mL) sweet and sour sauce (Thai chili style)

Preparation :

Moisten the rim of a tall glass with lemon juice and sprinkle with celery salt.

Crush the cucumber in the glass, then pour all the ingredients.

Fill with ice and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Garnish with a slice of lemon and popcorn.
