Bloody Mutant Ninja Turtle
1 oz (30ml) vodka
1 oz (30ml) sake
½ oz (15 ml) bloody mix
¼ oz (8ml) ponzu sauce
1 C. 1/2 tsp (5 mL) pickled horseradish
2 slices of crushed cucumber
4 oz (120 ml) clamato
Sriracha sauce (to taste)
Nori sheet (to decorate)
In a tall glass, mash the cucumber.
Fill with ice
add all the ingredients and stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Decorate with nori sheets or dried St. Lawrence seaweed.
