2 oz (60 ml) alcohol-free boreal gin
½ oz (15 ml) bloody mix
4 oz (120 ml) clamato
Bird's eye chili (or marinated) and steak spice rim (to garnish)
Swipe a lime wedge around the outer rim of a tall glass.
Dip the edges wet with lime juice in the steak spices (rim).
Add all the ingredients and fill the glass with ice.
Stir with a spoon, chopstick or straw until your fingers get cold.
Decorate with a chilli and a stalk of fresh celery.

A disarmingly simple bloody without alcohol, but with a taste that has just knocked out the simple “virgin caesar”. It could also have been called the Bloody Rocky, or the Bloody GSP. We leave the field open to you.
