Tequila and Caramel Shooters
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) 100% agave tequila
½ oz (15 ml) cinnamon liqueur
½ oz (15 ml) salted caramel syrup
Lemon wedge (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into 2 shot glasses.
Garnish each with a lemon wedge which you bite into after drinking the shooter.
