4 oz (120 ml) dry sparkling wine
½ oz (15 ml) blueberry syrup
Rosemary (to garnish)
Pour the cold sparkling wine into a cold champagne flute.
Gently add the blueberry syrup.
Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
