Butterscotch on the rocks with Salted Caramel Syrup

Ingredients :

2 oz (60 ml) whiskey or scotch

¼ oz (8 ml) salted caramel syrup

3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Grapefruit zest (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a mixing glass, add all the ingredients and fill with ice.

Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Strain through a colander into a glass fitted with a large cube of ice.

Garnish with a zest of grapefruit.
