About our Caïpirinha
The Caipirinha is the quintessential traditional Brazilian cocktail, popular across the country, especially along the beaches. It is the inseparable companion of feijoada, a dish made with black beans and pork usually served on Saturdays in most Brazilian restaurants, especially in the capital, Rio de Janeiro. The name of this cocktail means “little peasant”.
