Maple Caipirinha

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante -  caïpirinha à l'érable
Ingredients :

1 ½ oz (45 ml) cachaca

½ oz (15 ml) maple syrup

1/2 lime cut into wedges

Maple candy (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a short glass, crush the lime wedges.

Add the rest of the ingredients and fill with ice cream.

Stir with a chopstick or a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Garnish with a maple candy.

We pulled off this magic trick with flying colors with this classic cocktail that we reinvented to include a bit of our Quebec but also a bit of glam. This nectar reminds us of the color of hot sand and the costumes of the Rio Carnival.
