Caïpiritaly
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45 ml) Amer italien sans alcool
3/4 oz (22 ml) sirop de lime
Preparation :
Cut the lime into 4 wedges and crush it with the sugar at the bottom of a short glass.
Add the bitter.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
