Caipiritivo
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) non-alcoholic orange aperitivo
½ oz (15 ml) orange syrup
½ lime cut into wedges
Lime slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a short glass, crush the lime wedges.
Fill with ice and stir until your fingers are cold.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

The Brazilian Caipirinha is one of the team's favorite cocktails. So we try to make versions of it by substituting the cachaça with whatever we can find. And this non-alcoholic version is by far the best.
