Coldbrew & Tonic with Grapefruit Syrup

Ingredients :

3 oz (90 ml) cold brew coffee (or a double espresso)

1/2 oz (15 ml) grapefruit syrup

5 oz (150 ml) tonic

Grapefruit slice (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the tonic).

Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Lengthen with tonic.

Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

About our Coldbrew & Tonic with Grapefruit Syrup
