Coldbrew & Tonic
3 oz (90 ml) cold brew coffee (or a double espresso)
1/2 oz (15 ml) grapefruit syrup
5 oz (150 ml) tonic
Grapefruit slice (for garnish)
In a glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients (except the tonic).
Mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Lengthen with tonic.
Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

A house classic, the blend of coffee and tonic is simply divine, especially when you don't fancy a scalding hot coffee on a hot summer heatwave. Delicious with our grapefruit syrup, you can also make it with our ginger syrup, our pumpkin spice syrup, our hazelnut syrup and even our lime syrup!
