Cider highball

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante -  de cocktail avec sirop de canneberge, Copper Highball
Ingredients :

3/4 oz (22 ml) whiskey

1 C. (5 ml) cranberry syrup

4 oz (120 ml) copper cider

Slice of lemon (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a tall glass (highball), add all the ingredients (except the cider).

Fill with ice cream and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top with cider.

Garnish with a slice of lemon.

About our Cider highball

For cider week, we concocted a cocktail that has body! The whiskey gives a robust base and the cranberry syrup adds a bit of acidity and a sweet touch to the cocktail. Not to mention the copper cider from Milton which is amber, warm and very strong! One thing is certain, this cocktail will impress your loved ones!
