Catania Cream Soda

Recette de cocktail - Monsieur Cocktail - Patrice Plante -  crème soda de Catane
Ingredients :

½ oz (15 ml) unicorn syrup

½ oz (15 ml) peach syrup

½ oz (15 ml) 35% cream

2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water

Fresh fruit (for garnish)

Preparation :

Add syrup and cream to a tall glass and fill with ice.

Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top up with sparkling water.

Garnish with fresh fruit.
