Florence Cream Soda
½ oz (15 ml) lychee syrup
½ oz (15 ml) 35% cream
1 ½ oz (45ml) sparkling water
Candies or fruit (for garnish)
Add syrup and cream to a tall glass and fill with ice.
Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with candies or dehydrated fruit.

The capital of Tuscany is a fan of sparkling water. In fact, everywhere in Europe, in restaurants, we are offered sparkling water in beautiful cups filled with citrus fruits. We decided to use this fresh, slightly sparkling product.
