Milan Cream Soda
1 ½ oz (45 ml) pink unicorn syrup
½ oz (15 ml) 35% cream
3 oz (90 ml) sparkling water
Lemon wheels (for garnish)
Add syrup and cream to a tall glass and fill with ice.
Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with fresh fruit or dehydrated fruit.
