Classic Blueberry Daiquiri
2 oz (60 ml) dark rum
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
¾ oz (23 ml) simple syrup or cane syrup
10 crushed blueberries
Lemon zest (to garnish)
In a shaker, mash the blueberries in the syrup.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Decorate with a lemon zest.
