About our Classic Daiquiri
Although its origin is still a matter of debate, the Daiquiri remains the prince of summer cocktails. Its perfect balance of sweet and sour cuts through the summer heat. It was the favorite cocktail of Ernest Hemingway, who consumed it without sugar in large quantities, seated at the El Floridita bar in Havana.
