Classic Lychee Daiquiri
1 ½ oz (45ml) white rum
1 oz (30 ml) cane syrup
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
Lime slice (to garnish)
In a shaker, mash the lychees in the syrup.
Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice cream.
Mix until your fingers become very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a previously cooled cup.
Decorate with a slice of lime.
