Pink Daiquiri
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) white or agricultural rum
½ oz (15 ml) pink unicorn syrup
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice
Triangle of watermelon and fresh basil (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, add the ingredients.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a triangle of watermelon and a basil leaf.
About our Pink Daiquiri
Ok. We have to talk about it. We are all, at Monsieur Cocktail, daiquiris fans. Whether it's the Strawberry Daiquiri, Hemingway's Papa Doble with Grapefruit or the Classic Daiquiri, we love them all. But we must admit that this version with watermelon and rhubarb surpasses all those we have tasted before. Be careful, this cocktail could be highly addictive.
