About our Dry Martini

An emblem of wealth since its first appearance on paper in the Bartender's Manual since the 1880s, this classic cocktail became, in the 1950s and 60s, a measure of time for businessmen. At the time, we had “three Martinis dinners”, and not one less! It even gave its name to the glass in which it is served, it has become so iconic of cocktail culture. We raise our flared glass to author EB White and his apt words about the Martini: "the elixir of tranquility"!
