Non-alcoholic Boreal Gimlet
Ingredients :
2 oz (60 ml) alcohol-free boreal gin
⅓ oz (10 ml) lime syrup
Fresh rosemary (to garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Decorate with a sprig of rosemary.
