Non-alcoholic Pink Gimlet
Ingredients :
1 ¼ oz (38 ml) non-alcoholic pink gin
½ oz (15 ml) lime syrup
Lime slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Garnish with a slice of lime.

Behind the Gimlet, just like behind the Gin Tonic and the Grog, hides a history of sailors and medicine.
