Gin & Sonic
Ingredients :
1 ½ oz (45 ml) non-alcoholic pink gin
1 ½ oz (45ml) sparkling water
1 ½ oz (45ml) tonic
Grapefruit zest (for garnish)
Preparation :
Add the non-alcoholic gin to a tall glass filled with ice.
Stir with a chopstick or bar spoon until your fingers are cool.
Top with tonic soda and sparkling water.
Garnish with a lemon wheel.
