Ingredients: 1 oz (30ml) gin; 1/2 oz (15 ml) strawberry syrup; 2 oz (60 ml) tonic; 2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water; Strawberry slice (for garnish)

Ingredients :

1 oz (30ml) gin

1/2 oz (15 ml) strawberry syrup

2 oz (60 ml) tonic

2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water

Strawberry slice (for garnish)

Preparation :

In a tall glass (highball), add the gin and syrup.

Fill with ice and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.

Top with tonic and sparkling water.

Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
