Citrus Gin & Tonic
Ingredients :
1 oz (30ml) gin
1/2 oz (15 ml) love tonic
3 oz (90 ml) tonic water or sparkling water
Citrus slice (for garnish)
Preparation :
Fill with ice, then pour in all the ingredients (except the sparkling).
Mix with a spoon or a chopstick until your fingers become very cold.
Top with tonic soda (or sparkling water)
Garnish with a slice of citrus fruit.
