Boreal Gin & Tonic
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) gin (forest or boreal)
½ oz (15 ml) Quebec tonic
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Orange slice and rosemary (for garnish)
Preparation :
Pour all the ingredients into a tall glass, except the sparkling water.
Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Garnish with an orange slice and fresh rosemary.
