Herbal Gin & Tonic
Ingredients :
1 oz (30 ml) gin (herbal and vegetal)
½ oz (15ml) Love tonic
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
Orange slice and sage (to garnish)
Preparation :
Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add all the ingredients, except the sparkling water, and mix with a spoon until your fingers become very cold.
Top up with sparkling water.
Decorate with a slice of orange and fresh sage.
