Ingredients: 2 ½ (75 ml) non-alcoholic boreal gin; ¼ oz (8 ml) blueberry syrup; 3 oz (90 ml) non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine; 2 slices of fresh ginger; Blueberries and fresh mint (for garnish)

Non-Alcoholic Blueberry Julep

Ingredients :

2 ½ (75 ml) non-alcoholic boreal gin

¼ oz (8 ml) blueberry syrup

3 oz (90 ml) non-alcoholic rosé sparkling wine

2 slices of fresh ginger

Blueberries and fresh mint (for garnish)

Preparation :

Blueberries and fresh mint

Mash gently with the blueberry syrup.

Add gin and sparkling wine, then fill with crushed ice.

Garnish with fresh mint and a few blueberries.

Drink through a straw.
