Maple and Kombucha

Ingredients :

½ oz (15 ml) blueberry syrup

1 dash of maple syrup (preferably amber for its rich taste)

¾ oz (22 ml) apple juice

2 oz (60 ml) fruit kombucha

Fresh mint (for garnish)

Preparation :

In an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes, pour all the ingredients (except the kombucha).

Stir with a bar spoon until the glass is very cold.

Complete with kombucha.

Garnish with fresh mint.
