Non-alcoholic Grapefruit and Cinnamon Sour
½ oz (15 ml) emerald unicorn syrup
¼ oz (8 ml) vanilla syrup
3 ½ oz (105 ml) grapefruit juice
1 egg white or vegan emulsifier
1 cinnamon stick
Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
Put all the ingredients in a shaker.
Fill with ice and stir until your fingers get very cold.
Strain through a fine strainer into a chilled wine glass.
Garnish with ground cinnamon
