Non-alcoholic Blackberry Macaron
1 ¾ oz (53 ml) non-alcoholic amaretto
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
2 oz (60 ml) sparkling water
4 fresh blackberries
Macaroon (for garnish)
In a shaker, mash the blackberries in the amaretto.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except the sparkling water, and mix with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a glass filled with ice.
Top with sparkling water.
Garnish with a macaron.
