Madam Pistachio
Ingredients :
1 oz (30ml) vodka
½ oz (15 ml) pink unicorn syrup
½ oz (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
1 oz (30 ml) pistachio ice cream
1 egg white or 2 cm vegan emulsifier
Dill (for garnish)
Preparation :
In a shaker, add the ingredients and mix without ice.
Open the shaker, fill it with ice and mix again.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Garnish with fresh dill.
