About our Margarita with Orange Syrup
It is a "young" classic that has various origins depending on the source. Whether in California, Texas or directly in Mexico, each story touches directly or indirectly on the world of celebrities. The oldest rumor dates back to 1938, when bartender Danny Herrera of the Rancho in Tijuana offered a star of the time, Marjorie King, a tequila-based drink sweetened with lime and Cointreau. Marjorie's name translates into Spanish as… Margarita. As with the production of tequila, the making of this cocktail lies in the quality of a 100% agave tequila.
