Ingredients :

1 C. (5 ml) each: salt, paprika and sugar (for frosting the glass)

1 oz (30ml) tequila

1/2 oz (15 ml) passion fruit syrup

1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice

Passion fruit (for garnish)

Preparation :

Moisten the rim of a short glass (old fashioned) with lime juice and sprinkle with the salt, sugar and paprika mixture

In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.

Strain through a fine strainer into the glass containing a large cube of ice.
