Classic Blueberry Margarita
2 oz (60 ml) 100% agave white tequila
¾ oz (23 ml) agave syrup
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
6 crushed blueberries
2 slices of crushed ginger
Cornflower (for garnish)
In a shaker, mash the blueberries and ginger in the syrup.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with ice.
Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled cup.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
