Ingredients :

1 ¼ oz (38 ml) 100% agave white or reposado tequila

½ oz (15 ml) pink unicorn syrup

¾ oz (23 ml) fresh lime juice

2 slices of crushed cucumber

Rim with salt and coriander (for garnish)

Preparation :

Run a wedge of lime around the rim of a short glass.

Dip the edges moistened with lime juice in the rim of salt and chopped fresh coriander.

In a shaker, mash the cucumber slices.

Add remaining ingredients.

Fill with ice cream and stir until your fingers get very cold.

Strain through a fine sieve into a glass fitted with a large cube of ice.
